Vale is a springy 2-ply laceweight yarn made from American Rambouillet wool. Rambouillet sheep produce a finewool that is as soft as its Merino first cousins’, but trades luster for an extra sprinkling of warmth and resilience.

This naturally soft and bouncy fleece is worsted spun for a durable, elastic yarn with an even thickness and twist, suitable for whisper-light accessories and heirloom-quality lace projects. Vale is skein-dyed in 14 sophisticated shades.
